It is the second largest village of Azad Kashmir with a population of almost five thousand people. Most of the people are educated in the village; village show cultural hub of Punjab province. Ali Baig is also known as the boundary of Azad Kashmir. Boys And Girls High School are present with no promotion to college since 1947. The Jamiah Masjid of Village is a mega-structure. People in the village grow wheat, maize, barely, pulses, sugarcane and other vegetables. ==History== The Old name of village is Kittan Ghar (کیتن گھڑ). There was a middle school in Ali Biag called Khalsa Middle School (خالصہ مڈل سکول), and students from Dina, Jhelum, Kotla, Chachiya etc. came to seek knowledge. The most important of this village is "Old Gurdewara of Sikhs". Mostly Arain Families are populated in Ali Baig Village.
